It was a rough start to the business day in Rapid City.

An accident involving an SUV and an office building left two people pinned by debris. A woman was pulling into a parking spot, just before 8 a.m. and says her brakes didn't work.

Everyone made it out OK, but three people were examined for injuries. Despite the dramatic damage, no one had to go to the hospital.
